They later notified me that it's a common W10 issue and a future Windows update might resolve it. Newest version and Dymo Connect would not resolve it.ĭymo tech support eventually sent me a new LabelManager 280 tape printer when they couldn't resolve my issues. My LabelWriter 450 Duo, tape part (bottom printer) stopped being seen by my Windows 10 PC running Dymo Label V8 software. The tape part of my Dymo printer is something I use almost every day at work, and it's something I really need.
